I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, trained in EMDR, specializing in trauma, sexuality and infertility issues. I also specialize in working with sexual assault survivors. My background with running the Morris CARES program at Atlantic Health (the rape crisis center for Morris County) makes me familiar with all aspects of sexual trauma.

I am very comfortable working with individuals as well as couples. All of the client issues I specialize in can greatly affect relationships and it is important to be able to work them through with an effective therapist.

My Approach

I am psychodynamically oriented. However, I believe that every person is different and that not every approach is right for every person. Therefore, I tailor my counseling to fit the individual style. For some people, Cognitive work is ideal, for others, a more holistic, spiritual approach will work best.

I have worked in multiple clinical settings including: hospitals, residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP). I work with multiple referral sources including: Probation, PCPP, Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC), and Morris Cares (Sexual Assault Trauma).
